The Board
of Directors
meets once every six months to review the various
library achievements, evaluate its performance,
approve its budget, and take the decisions pertaining
to the library policies, systems, and operating
regulations and guidelines .
From the Board
of Directors
emerges a small committee, named the "Steering
Committee,"
which is composed of three members representing
the three cooperating parties. This committee
meets between the sessions of the Board
of Directors
in order to follow-up on getting the library work
done, and proposing the issues to be presented
to the Board.
